Bill James, a seasoned sales professional who was a national sales manager at just age 26 and has over 35 years of experience beating sales targets, training sales and being in the field achieving spectacular results.

His ability to align reluctant sales people with the role they have to play in sales has allowed him to create sales success among those that don’t like selling…but have to anyway. Those that are technically excellent but to whom the idea of having to make sales was never been a comfortable option.

Bill has the ability to create just the right words at the right time and Build trusted relationships with potential clients in minutes. The integrity based sales processes used revolves around the person selling being real to who they are while also being what the client is looking for. Ideas are simple to understand and implement AND your team will be willing to try them.

Ollie Such

Ollie, has led a wide array of successful sales teams in the B2B space selling to corporates and SMEs as well as in the retail sector. During his career, Ollie has either been a salesperson, sales manager or running his own business so he knows what it takes to succeed.

His process for helping businesses grow their sales is simple: Give them the skills, resources and tools needed to succeed and then hold them accountable to it.

This, coupled with his ability to connect with people and organisations allows him to create a fire in their belly to drive positive change.

He is big on helping people unlock their emotional intelligence and leverage their situational awareness and empathy to close deals.

One of his key strengths is being able to understand when to take a soft approach to working with clients and when to be direct and to the point to cut through the fluff. Either way, he is clear and concise in his communication.

Above all else, he is a charismatic individual who loves seeing other people grow.

Gary Lin

Associate Sales Trainer – Chinese specialist

Gary is an entrepreneur, property investor and developer, and property coach. Gary’s passion is in helping people succeed in property, and empower them to get out of the rat race.

Since 2010, Gary built a personal property portfolio worth $10 million dollars. This has allowed Gary to leave behind his civil engineering career, and focus on his passion to help others on their journeys to get out of their own rat race.

In the past two years Gary has helped 26 clients, purchase 41 properties worth more than $30 million dollars, and helped his clients earn over $7.6 million in value gained. The record value gain on a single property deal stands at $1.4 million.

Starting his career as a door-to-door salesperson, Charles went on to roles as varied as Salesperson, Sales Manager, South Island & Pacific Island Account Manager for a Fortune 500 company, Major Account Manager in the UK, and National Business Development Manager for a $100m+ NZ company.

With an MBA and two successful past businesses under his belt, Charles is now bringing his solutions-focused approach to Attain NZ.
